ROLLING PREVENTION TOOL FOR WARNING FLARE AND WARNING FLARE HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the serious problem that after an ignited warning flare lands on a road surface, the ignited warning flare easily rolls by wind pressure or the like against user's will, and therefore it cannot sufficiently serve as a warning flare or the flame of it spreads to plants in the side of the road.;SOLUTION: In a rolling prevention tool for a warning flare 2, a cap 1 is made of a synthetic resin and a part of the cap melts by the heat of the warning flare 2 to stick to a road surface. The cap itself serves as attachment means to the bottom part of the warning flare 2, and a bottom part 10 of the cap 1 is provided with a projection piece 11 which heads toward the direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cap 1.
