PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles having insulating properties adhered, which can improve insulation reliability after conductive connection while maintaining conduction reliability at a high level.SOLUTION: A conductive particles having insulating particles adhered comprise conductive particles having conductive part at least on a surface and a plurality of insulating particles disposed on the surface of the conductive particles. A coating ratio, which is an area of the conductive particles covered by the insulating particles relative to the whole area of the conductive particles, is 60% or more. At least a part of the plurality of insulating particles are in surface contact with each other, or the plurality of insulating particles are formed by subjecting the particles to a swelling treatment on the conductive particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
