PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize a terminal standing by until a line becomes vacant and a line.;SOLUTION: The call origination control device, when, even though a call origination request is received from a call origination source telephone set, no vacant line is available because another telephone set is using the line, makes the call origination source telephone set stand by in a state of requesting call origination to the call origination source telephone set, holds the call origination, and performs the call origination when a line becomes vacant after the usage of the line by the other telephone set is completed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
