PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of adjusting the height of a base plate from the upper side of the base plate.;SOLUTION: The installation method of a base plate of seismic isolator includes the steps of: forming a screw hole which communicates with a round-head long nut in an anchor plate under the round long nut placed beneath the bottom face of a base plate; screwing in the hexagon socket bolt into the screw hole; fixing a setting plate to the front end of the hexagon socket bo placing the setting plate on a foundation plate which is placed on a concrete foundation; adjusting the height of the setting plate by inserting a hexagon socket wrench onto the head of the hexagon socket bolt through the round-head long nut; and fixing the setting plate and the foundation plate by means of welding.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
