PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pertinently evaluate a condition of cells without staining the cells with stain marker.SOLUTION: A cell evaluation apparatus comprises: a property degree calculation part calculating the degree of property of an assembly image in a plurality of images comprising a cell assembly photographed along with proceeding of cultivation time; a classification process part classifying the assembly in the image into any of a plurality of groups statistically selected as a plurality of groups showing a class of assembly image based on the degree of property calculated by the property degree calculation part; and an evaluation process part evaluating a condition of the cells based on time dependent change of the group classified by the classification process part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
