PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting colon cancer by analyzing a gene whose expression varies in association with colon cancer, and a detection reagent.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a reagent for detecting colon cancer, comprising nucleotide composed of a base sequence of a specific 20 genes set or nucleotide comprising a partial sequence thereof, and a method for measuring the expression level of the specific 20 genes and detecting colon cancer on the basis of the expression level.SELECTED DRAWING: None
