PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To originate a call using a user ID.;SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a call control server 100 which performs call control; and an authentication mechanism provision server 200 which performs authentication. When a call is originated using a communication service identifier of a calling terminal and a user ID of a called terminal (S20), the call control server 100 searches for an access token using the communication service identifier (S22), and transmits the access token and the user ID of the called terminal to the authentication mechanism provision server (S24). If the received access token is valid (S26), the authentication mechanism provision server 200 searches for the communication service identifier of the called terminal, using the user ID of the called terminal (S28), and transmits the communication service identifier and the user ID of the calling terminal to the call control server (S30).
