PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing and storing contaminated wastes with a member which can prevent the elution of a harmful substance due to a reduction in final waste amount and a deterioration of a waste storage vessel and prevent liquid leakage in advance to be utilized as a recycled resource.SOLUTION: This processing and storage method comprises configuring a magnetic field and an electronic field of cation substances and anion substances of electrons and molecules in a coil mounted by winding both ends of a deterioration insulation coil outside a vessel 7 filled with incineration ash and contaminated water that contain heavy metals and contaminants to push and confine cation electrons and anion electrons of the heavy metals and contaminants or cesium inside, and to confine the same in an enormous intermediate treatment facility and a final storage facility embedded under ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
