PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement assist system, a settlement assist method, and a settlement assist program that assist in settlement with security ensured while upgrading a degree of freedom of a payer.;SOLUTION: Employed is a management server 20 including a control unit 21 that is connected to a user terminal 10 of a customer, and a customer information memory unit 22 that stores authentication information of each customer, contact information, settlement means information, and agent information of a dealing applicant. The control unit 21 uses the customer information memory unit 22 to perform login authentication in response to a settlement request issued from the user terminal 10 of the dealing applicant. An agent associated with the dealing applicant for whom login authentication has been completed is identified. An agent settlement request is transmitted to the contact address of the agent. The customer information memory unit is used to perform login authentication for the agent in response to an access associated with the agent settlement request. If settlement acknowledgement information is acquired from the user terminal 10 of the agent, settlement means information on the agent is used to perform settlement relevant to the settlement request of the dealing applicant.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
