PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a missile guidance device, a missile guidance method, a missile and a program capable of guiding the missile while restricting increasing of a turn capacity at a high altitude region.SOLUTION: A missile guidance device comprises a memory device, an arithmetic unit and a communication interface. The arithmetic unit determines or calculates a target meeting point between a real target 30 and a missile 11. The arithmetic unit determines a passing condition when the missile 11 passes through a passing point or calculates a target missile flying route of the missile 11. The passing condition or the target missile flying route is determined in consideration of a meeting angle between the missile 11 and the real target 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
