PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken a response to a system fault at a data center in an area where engineers cannot repair it.SOLUTION: A selection unit 52 selects an engineer who repairs a fault related to software if the fault has occurred in a system operated by one of data centers 11 that are placed at a plurality of positions geographically away from each other and able to communicate with each other. If the selection unit 52 has selected an engineer belonging to another data center 11 different from the data center 11 operating the system at which the fault has occurred, a migration control unit 53 makes the system at which the fault has occurred migrate to the other data center 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
