PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal case which does not shield a wireless signal of antenna, and capable of maintaining the precision of size, and to provide an electronic device including the metal case, and a method of manufacturing the metal case.SOLUTION: A metal case according to the present invention includes a substrate having a gap, and a plurality of metal pieces. The gap is provided while penetrating the substrate, and the plurality of metal pieces are coupled integrally, so that an adhesive layer is interposed between two adjoining metal pieces, thus constituting a metal piece assembly. The metal piece assembly is housed in the gap, and an insulating member is further provided between the metal piece assembly and the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
