PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement binding method, a preassembled reinforcement and a reinforcement binding device capable of efficiently binding reinforcement.SOLUTION: An intersection 15 of first reinforcement 11 and second reinforcement 12 of the wall reinforcement 10 is bound by a linear binding tool 20. The binding tool 20 is arranged on a side of a work surface. The binding tool 20 is adhered to the first reinforcement 11 via an adhesion member 21, and to an upper side (the side of the work surface) of the second reinforcement 12 via an adhesion member 22. A central part of the binding tool 20 has a projection large enough to bridge over the first reinforcement 11 and both end parts of the binding tool 20 are adhered to the second reinforcement 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
