PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary member fastening component, a card, a card storing device, and a rotary member fastening method capable of assuring strength of a rotating part while assuring a degree of freedom in design.;SOLUTION: There are provided a rotating member having a first hole part and a first chamfer part, a rotated member having a second hole part and a second chamfer part, a washer arranged between the rotating member and the rotated member, and a caulking member having a pin part inserted into and passed through the first hole part, a hole of the washer, and the second hole part, having a pan-shaped part stored in a space formed by the first chamfer part in the first hole part, and having a caulking part stored in a space formed by the second chamfer part in the second hole part.
