PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating a display image on a laminated glass pane, which frees vehicle occupants from the risk of being irradiated with a laser beam.;SOLUTION: A device for generating a display image on a laminated glass pane, comprises: a laminated glass pane (1) including a first pane (3) and a second pane (4) bonded together via an intermediate layer (2) containing a luminescent pigment (8); a laser projector (5) having a laser (9), and an optical system (10) for deflecting a beam (11) emitted by the laser (9), where the beam (11) entering the laminated glass pane (1) is directed toward an area (7) on the laminated glass pane (1); a photodetector (6) configured to detect luminescent radiation (12) of the luminescent pigment (8); and a control unit (13) electronically connected to the photodetector and the laser projector.
