PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungi discrimination method with high-precision which can be performed rapidly and comprehensively, a fungi discrimination array which can be used as a contrast of the fungi discrimination method, and a fungi discrimination kit which can be used in the fungi discrimination method.SOLUTION: For a subject sample and contrast, the invention relates to a fungi discrimination method and the like comprising a gene detection step of detecting a gene by in situ hybridization method, and a discrimination step of comparing the subject sample with the gene detected with the contrast to discriminate a fungi in the subject sample, wherein the contrast is an array containing a specific fungus.
