PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve running cost reduction by dispensing with a shift mechanism moving an earth electrode body to an optimum spot point and by making long an earth electrode body replacement cycle.SOLUTION: When a vehicle body W is transported to a body integration line 1, a fluid stored in a storage tank 15 is injected into a pressure bag 13a of an earth electrode body 13 provided in a step section 3a formed in a line block 3 from an earth electrode pressure unit 14 to inflate the pressure bag 13a. An earth electrode net 13b covering an outer surface of the pressure bag 13a is press-contacted with the vehicle body W. Since the earth electrode net 13b is formed into a deformable net by weaving wires and is deformed in accordance with a surface shape of the vehicle body W, no contact failure occurs even if the surface is formed into a curved shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
