PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel penetration method of a grommet which can secure a cutoff function and can reduce a load, a convergence holding jig, a wiring harness, and the wiring harness which is cabled by making the grommet penetrate and fit to a penetration hole of the panel.SOLUTION: A wiring harness 1 comprises a wiring harness main body 4, and an elastic grommet 5. The wiring harness 1 is cabled by using convergence holding means such as a convergence holding jig. The grommet 5 has: a wiring harness penetration part 6 as a portion for making the wiring harness main body 4 penetrate; a panel fitting part 7 which is fit to a penetration hole 3 of a vehicle body panel 2; a connecting part 8 continuing to the wiring harness penetration part 6 and the panel fitting part 7; and a plurality of pulling pieces 9 which protrude along an axial direction of the wiring harness penetration part 6. In such a wiring harness 1 after making the grommet 5 penetrate and fit to the penetration hole 3 of the vehicle body panel 2, a plurality of the pulling pieces 9 are brought into independent states with respect to the wiring harness penetration part 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
