PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an air conditioning set temperature sufficiently reflecting a private preference in respect to an air conditioning control held by each of the occupants.SOLUTION: A set temperature DB 14 stores a preference set temperature of an individual user concerning an air conditioning set temperature for every user utilizing a target region as a user-classified preference set temperature. An occupant specifying part 15 specifies a user present in the target region as an occupant on the basis of an occupied state got from an in-out monitoring system 20, a set temperature calculating part 16 gets the user-classified preference set temperature concerning the user specified as the occupant from the set temperature DB 14, these user-classified preference set temperatures are statically processed to calculate a new set temperature about the target region 40 and the temperature is informed to an air conditioning system 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
