PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to read out operation history data in an operation side control part without supplying a power to a dynamic part.;SOLUTION: A diagnosis side control part 23 turns a contactor 35 off and a contactor 25 on. Electric power to a drive part 71 is cut off by the contactor 35, and electric power to an operation side control part 23 is supplied from the contactor 25. The diagnosis side control part 23 gives a read-out order, receives data and then transfers the same to an external device. When reading-out is completed, the contactors 25, 35 are restored. While cutting off supply of electric power to a drive part 71, electric power can be supplied to the operation side control part 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
