PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence with a top slope, which is not only capable of exerting high visual guidance effect but also continuing emission for a predetermined time without causing a failure, has an emission amount that is uniform across the whole length of an emitter, and makes it possible to easily fit the emitter in a coil shape around a transverse line stretched on a top slope.SOLUTION: A fence with a top slope includes a top slope 4 provided on the top of a fence main body 1.
