PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection inspection method and an ultrasonic flaw detection inspection device which can shorten the processing time for suppressing erroneous detection due to air bubbles in a contact medium.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection inspection device 1 for inspecting a welded portion W by interposing a contact medium 12 between the welded portion W of a plurality of electrodes and a probe 10, comprises: a DC magnetic field application part 20 which applies the DC magnetic field to the contact medium 12; and an AC current application part 21 which applies the AC current to the contact medium 12.
