PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suitably obtain acoustic generated by exciting an excitation subject by an exciter and to easily detach the exciter from the excitation subject.SOLUTION: The fitting structure of an exciter 40 is provided as follows. The exciter 40 includes a magnetic path formation unit 41 configured to form a magnetic path and a vibration unit 42 configured to vibrate in a predetermined direction relative to the magnetic path formation unit 41. Between the vibration unit 42 and an excitation subject 16, a mediation component 60 is provided configured to be undetachably fixed relative to the excitation subject 16 by bonding and detachably fixed relative to the vibration unit 42.
