PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use information related to past cases, for improving activity accuracy of a fire fighting command activity when there is 119 emergency call.SOLUTION: A fire fighting command system comprises: a past case/case number storage device 208 for storing information related to activity results of cases of 119 emergency call, as information of past cases by case recording means 206; and a disaster point position/case number storage device 109 for storing disaster point positions of the past cases. When there is a dispatch command to a present case, the disaster point position/case number storage device 109 is searched by neighborhood past case search means 106, for extracting the disaster point positions of the past cases whose disaster points exist in a range being neighborhood of the disaster point of the present case, and mark symbols indicating the disaster point positions of the past cases are displayed on a map displayed by map display means 102, by screen display. When the mark symbol is selected by a mouth or the like, the past case/case number storage device 208 is searched for displaying information of the activity results related to the past cases, by screen display.
