PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that improves the reliability of digital radio communication getting interference of multiple waves under an environment in which there are a plurality of electromagnetic wave scattering matters.;SOLUTION: A first transmission wave having a first carrier frequency f0+Δf obtained by a modulator 13-1 having modulated a carrier wave with an information signal having a frequency band f1 is transmitted from a transmission antenna 20-1. A second transmission wave having a second carrier frequency f0-Δf obtained by a modulator 13-2 having modulated the carrier wave with the information signal is transmitted from a transmission antenna 20-2. By controlling frequency difference Δf keeping the average frequency f0 of the first carrier frequency f0+Δf and the second carrier frequency f0-Δf constant, the first carrier frequency f0+Δf and the second carrier frequency f0-Δf are made variable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
