SAFETY SECURING SYSTEM OF ATTACHED FILE IN ELECTRONIC MAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a file including a confidential document or the like transmitted as an attached file from being opened at a wrong transmission destination.;SOLUTION: When an electronic mail attached with an attached file including a confidential document or the like is transmitted from a transmitting side information processing apparatus 2 to a receiving side information processing apparatus 3, a file storing a name of a safety reception folder 13 belonging to the receiving side information processing apparatus 3 is attached to the electronic mail to be transmitted, and the electronic mail is transmitted from the transmitting side information processing apparatus 2. When the receiving side information processing apparatus 3 receives the file and the electronic mail attached with the file including the confidential document or the like, it is determined whether a name of the file storing the name of the safety reception folder 13 coincides with an actual name of the safety reception folder 13, and only when it is identified that the names are coincident, the attached file attached to the electronic file can be restored and can be opened.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
