PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform defense processing to an attack while appropriately processing traffic.SOLUTION: The communication control device includes: an attack detection acquisition unit which monitors a packet flowing through a network to be monitored, by a promiscuous mode through a switch device, and based on the monitored packet, acquires attack detection information indicative of an attack which is detected by security equipment for detecting an attack in a network to be monitored; and a packet control unit which controls the switch device to limit a packet flowing through the network to be monitored, on the basis of the attack detection information acquired by the attack detection acquisition unit.
