PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a Ni-based heat-resistant alloy weld joint capable of obtaining the Ni-based heat-resistant alloy weld joint excellent in creep strength and stress relaxation cracking resistance of a welded part upon usage.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a Ni-based heat-resistant alloy weld joint, an alloy base material having a chemical composition which includes, by mass%, 0.04 to 0.12% of C, 46 to 54% of Ni, 27 to 33% of Cr, 3 to 9% of W, 0.05 to 1.2% of Ti, 0.005 to 0.05% of Zr, 0.05 to 0.3% of Al, and 0.0001 to 0.005% of B, and the remaining part of Fe and impurity is welded with a welding material having a chemical composition which includes, by mass%, 0.06 to 0.18% of C, 40 to 60% of Ni, 20 to 33% of Cr, 6 to 13% of the total of one kind or more of Mo and W, and 0.05 to 1.5% of Ti, and the remaining part of Fe and impurity and, thereafter, such weld post-heating processing that a retention temperature T1(°C), a retention time t1(min) and an average temperature lowering speed RC(°C/h) from T1(°C) to 500°C satisfies the following relations: [900T11275]; [-0.2×T1+260t1-0.6×T1+870]; and [0.05×T1-10RC].
