PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress operation cost by reducing a generation amount of an internal combustion power generation and frequencies of connecting or disconnecting in parallel to a system when demand control on the system is carried out.SOLUTION: A supply-and-demand control apparatus 100 includes: a prediction part 131 for calculating a demand prediction value and an output prediction value of a renewable energy generation device 300 based on various data; and a control part 134 for newly controlling an internal combustion power generation device 200 so as not to be connected or disconnected in parallel to a system 700 when a value obtained by subtracting the output prediction value of the renewable energy generation device 300 from the demand prediction value after a predetermined time falls within a predetermined range of an output target value of the internal combustion power generation device 200 after the predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
