PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a product from a remainder material by eliminating or alleviating the grip of a product by the remainder material even if the remainder material is contracted.SOLUTION: In a control device 5 of a laser processing machine 1 which forms products M1, M2 and M3 by relatively moving a workpiece W and a laser head 2, and cutting a part of the workpiece W by a laser beam L which is emitted from the laser head 2, there are formed, at the workpiece W, notches 10A, 10B and 10C including at least either of extension portions 11A, 11B which are extended and notched from external peripheries of the products M1 to M3, and crossing portions 12A, 12B which are notched to crossing directions with respect to longitudinal directions of remainders R, R1 in response to the remainders R, R1 which are formed between the products M1, M2, or between the product M3 and an end Wa of the workpiece W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
