PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for producing a soybean oil residue cake in which the soybean oil residue cake has less impurities; a method for removing impurities in soybean oil residue cake; and a soybean oil residue cake in which impurities in soybean oil residue cake is sufficiently reduced.SOLUTION: Provided are: a method for producing soybean oil residue cake characterized by sorting soybean oil residue cake according to specific gravity; a method for removing impurities in soybean oil residue cake; and a soybean oil residue cake having impurities sufficiently reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
