PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a reduction in service when opening of a door of a control panel is detected.;SOLUTION: An elevator control apparatus 4, which has a plurality of control panels 4a and 4b comprising doors 41a and 41b and which is installed within a hoistway 20, includes determination means for determining a serviceable floor H on the basis of an opened/closed state of the doors 41a and 41b.
