PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the procedure used by full-time analysis staff to evaluate an analysis result in the past is unknown and it cannot be understood for a person other than the full-time analysis staff how to evaluate the analysis result.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an analysis knowledge creation unit creates analysis knowledge in which the content of evaluation including operation logs performed to evaluate the analysis result of design data altered in the past and the altered content of design data are associated, and registers the analysis knowledge in an analysis knowledge database.
