PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome an energetic disadvantage by providing an alternative for the temperature decrease while guaranteeing absence of cavitation risk at an inlet of a pump even during transient operation thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a device for controlling a closed loop (10) working based on a Rankine cycle, the closed loop comprising: a compression/circulation pump (12) for a fluid in a liquid form; a heat exchanger (20) swept by a hot source (C) for evaporation of the fluid; expansion means (32) for the fluid in a vapor form; a cooling exchange (44) swept by a cold source (F) for condensation of the fluid; a working fluid tank (50); and working fluid circulation lines (60, 62, 64, 66, 68). The working fluid tank (50) is connected to a pressure regulating device (52, 54).
