PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave-making resistance reduction ship capable of reducing a bow wave that is a main cause of wave making resistance without changing a ship type by paying attention to ship body surface pressure, and to provide a designing method of the wave-making resistance reduction.SOLUTION: The wave-making resistance reduction ship 10 includes: a water inlet 20 provided to take in water in a high dynamic pressure generation part A generated at a bow tip 11 during the voyage of the ship 10; an outlet 30 provided to discharge the water in a low static pressure part Bnearest from the bow tip 11 among a plurality of low static pressure parts generated on the ship body side face of the ship 10; and a connection pipe part 40 provided to interconnect the inlet 20 and the outlet 30 in the ship body.
