PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anilox roller capable of suppressing quality degradation of ink supplied to a flexographic plate.;SOLUTION: The anilox roller includes: a cell forming layer which has a cylindrical outer peripheral surface contacting with a flexographic plate and an inner peripheral surface on the opposite side to the outer peripheral surface, and in which a cell penetrating from the inner peripheral surface to the outer peripheral surface is formed; an intermediate layer having a discharge surface contacting with the inner peripheral surface of the cell forming layer and a supply surface on the opposite side to the discharge surface; and an ink guiding part which is arranged on the inner side of the supply surface of the intermediate layer and in which ink is stored at least temporarily. In the ink guiding part, an ink guiding opening configured so as to make the ink flow out toward the supply surface of the intermediate layer is formed.
