PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for use in laser steering and focusing for incision, excision and ablation of a tissue in a minimally-invasive surgery.SOLUTION: A structure which is configured to be inserted into a body 902 of an endoscope laser scalpel device 901, includes optical elements 907 and 908 capable of constituting refracted light and/or diffracted light.
