PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a HAN-based propellant decomposition catalyst having sufficient heat resistance to use a HAN-based propellant having low toxicity as a thruster and efficient decomposition activity of the HAN-based propellant and a manufacturing method therefore and a one liquid thruster having the HAN-based propellant decomposition catalyst.SOLUTION: A HAN-based propellant decomposition catalyst containing La, θ type alumina carrying a platinum group metal and having BET specific surface area of 40 m/g or more, a manufacturing method therefor and a one liquid thruster having the HAN-based propellant decomposition catalyst are used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
