PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrigation channel monitoring server and an irrigation channel monitoring system that promptly detects a water channel at a risk of flooding and an area at a risk of water immersion without omission, and transmits a warning.SOLUTION: A water channel at a risk of flooding is detected based on water level data and flow data, and by processing images of image data around a gate captured by a gate monitoring camera 51. Furthermore, an area at a risk of flooding is detected along with land area thereof, based on a number or degree of importance of the water channel at a risk of flooding detected, and in addition processing images of wide-area image data captured by a space monitoring camera 6. The system enables prompt detection of an area at a risk of flooding without omission, and an appropriate warning to be transmitted to a manager and a local resident.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
