PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, through the use of ginseng berry extract, a composition which facilitates angiogenesis through facilitation of blood circulation, improved viability of endothelial cells, increased mobility of endothelial cells, and facilitation of tube formation of endothelial cells, a skin beauty improvement composition which suppresses skin aging, improves wrinkles, and provides skin whitening effect and skin moisturizing effect, and a composition which increases the generation of nitric oxide (NO), which is a signal transduction substance that induces strong relaxation of the penial cavernous smooth muscle to thereby enhance penial erection, thus improving the male sexual function.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition for treatment of vascular inflammation, comprising an ethanol extract of ginseng berries as an active ingredient, the composition for treatment of vascular inflammation containing protopanaxadiols, protopanaxatriols, vitamins, and minerals.
