PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCV valve, and a PCV passage capable of preventing intrusion of a positive pressure acting on a downstream-side chamber into an upstream-side chamber in turbo supercharging, and returning an oil component to the upstream-side chamber at the time excluding the turbo supercharging.SOLUTION: A PCV valve 100 including a primary side port 170 opened in an upstream-side chamber 210, a secondary-side port 180 opened in a downstream-side chamber 220, a flow channel 190 communicating the primary-side port 170 to the secondary-side port 180, a valve element 140 moving in the flow channel 190, and a valve seat 119 on which the valve element 140 sits, and being disposed in a PCV passage 200 of an engine, the valve element 140 and the valve seat 119 are constituted so that they can air-tightly shield between the primary-side port 170 and the secondary-side port 180, and an energization member 120 is disposed for energizing the valve element 140 in a direction to separate from the valve seat 119.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
