PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring superfine bubbles and an apparatus for measuring superfine bubbles, by which information about at least one of a particle size, number, grain size distribution and morphology of superfine bubbles included in a liquid such as water and having a particle diameter of less than 10 μm can be easily obtained with high accuracy, and the information can be visually captured by directly observing the superfine bubbles.SOLUTION: A measurement method of the present invention includes: preparing a liquid including superfine bubbles in an amorphous solid phase state; and observing the superfine bubbles included in the liquid in the amorphous solid phase state by use of a transmission electron microscope. A measurement device used for the method comprises: means to prepare a liquid containing superfine bubbles into an amorphous solid state; and means to directly observe the superfine bubbles included in the liquid in the amorphous solid phase state by use of a transmission electron microscope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
