PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for giving influences on exhaust gas noise, and/or intake noise and/or engine noise of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A microprocessor (91) generates a digital control signal that is adapted to partially or completely cancel noise within an exhaust system and/or an intake system of a vehicle and/or a digital control signal that is adapted to generate noise, especially, engine noise within an engine compartment. An amplifier (93) is connected to a digital/analog converter (92) and amplifies an analog control signal. A step-up converter (97) is connected to an automobile battery (10) of the vehicle, up-converts a battery voltage (VBATT) to a fixed value and outputs the up-converted battery voltage to the amplifier (93) as a supply voltage (VB). A loudspeaker (2) generates noise in response to the control signal received from the controller (9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
