PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock detection sensor with which it is possible to detect a shock from the outside and retain the trace of shock.;SOLUTION: A shock detection sensor 1 comprises a MEMS vibration element 20, an oscillation circuit 30 for causing the MEMS vibration element 20 to oscillate, and a detection circuit 40 for detecting the oscillation state of the MEMS vibration element 20. The detection circuit 40 outputs a high- or low-level normal signal when the MEMS vibration element 20 is oscillating from an output signal from the oscillation circuit 30, and outputs a low- or high-level abnormal signal that is an inverse of the normal signal when the MEMS vibration element 20 is damaged or has stopped oscillating.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
