PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visualize aural expression by users in the site of an event such as a sport match.;SOLUTION: A balloon creating device recognizes aural expressions of users and converts the result of recognition into textual information; a control unit, when any aural expression of a user is recognized, causes gas blowing into a balloon 30 to be started and projects the textual information onto the balloon 30 into which gas has been blown.
