PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: energy, i.e., electricity, gas, and gasoline, food, and information required in a daily life are all given energy, and have a charge determined by the used amount thereof; it is necessary to make a charge stable by a devise, but all energy charges are not stable due to a social condition; and when energy is required in an emergency or a disaster such as an earthquake in a necessary place, energy of a necessary amount is needed to be moved and re-generated.SOLUTION: There are required to generate energy by oneself, use by oneself, sell the energy, and take out hydrogen gas with water as a catalyst from movable energy with a minimized capacitor to make electric power with water as a catalyst, and the electric power as the basis. On the occasion, DC power is converted into AC power and changed from small to large by the combination of a transformer, a transistor and a capacitor, and at this time, fossil fuel is not made, and water droplets are discharged when firing. Energy as gas is made by own electric power to be gentle to the environment as a result.
