PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a method enabling the corrosion resistance of a pre-painted steel sheet to be easily and quantitatively evaluated, and to develop a practical and simple corrosion resistance evaluation device.SOLUTION: The corrosion resistance of coatings 4 and 5 is quantitatively and easily evaluated by breaking the insulating performance of the coatings 4 and 5 and measuring the breakdown voltage using an electrochemical measurement method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
