PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect a heat dissipation plate and a substrate while firmly fixing the heat dissipation plate to the substrate in a manner that the height can be adjusted.;SOLUTION: A board 100 with a circuit component mounted and a heat dissipation plate 200 mounted in the circuit component are fixed with a spacer 1. The spacer 1 includes a cylinder member 10 including a hollow portion 16 inside and fixed to the substrate 100, and a first hollow member 20 and a second hollow member 30 disposed in the hollow portion 16 of the cylinder member 10. The first hollow member 20 and the second hollow member 30 are in contact with each other on surfaces 23 and 33 tilted to the axis of the cylinder member 10, and are provided movably along the axial direction in the hollow portion 16. An inner peripheral surface of the first hollow member 20 has a screw to be engaged with a bolt 50 inserted through the heat dissipation plate 200.
