PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination apparatus for raising plants which can form an illumination region with high uniformity of illuminance in an array direction of light-emitting element array, and a plant hydroponic apparatus and plant hydroponic method which are capable of raising plants at high raising efficiency even in a cultivation region having a wide area.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element array is formed by arranging a plurality of light-emitting element units 23, each of which consists of a first light-emitting element and a second light-emitting element having an emission peak wavelength different from the first light-emitting element, so as to be arrayed along one direction, and the light-emitting element unit 23 consists of two second light-emitting elements arranged apart in the one direction and one first light-emitting element arranged between the two second light-emitting elements. A distance between the first light-emitting elements of adjacent light-emitting element units 23 is shorter at an end part than the central part of the light-emitting element array. A distance between the two second light-emitting elements in the light-emitting element unit 23 is shorter at an end part than the central part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
