PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex structure capable of achieving a structure for ensuring a desired performance, while having waterproofness, with a small number of components.SOLUTION: A complex structure 101 includes a sheet-metal antenna 10 as a first member, a back side housing component as a second member having a through hole 5, and a sealing part 6 for sealing the through hole 5 while fixing the relative positional relationship of them. The second member has a sealing material chamber 7. The sheet-metal antenna 10 includes an intermediate portion 53 as a through part penetrating the sealing material chamber 7 and through hole 5. The sealing material chamber 7 includes a first region, a second region located on the opposite side of the first region across the intermediate portion 53, and a third region straddling from one principal surface to the other principal surface of the intermediate portion 53 while being in contact with both of the first and second regions.
